This summer we bring a workshop from June 1st to June 21st in association with

Rotary Club of Bengaluru Tavarekere

To promote sustainable daily routines and embrace yoga practice”.

The workshop will introduce breath, alignment, and movement as the foundation for a safe, accessible, and sustainable yoga practice.

Build foundational skills and knowledge to enhance your physical and mental ease both on and out of yoga mat.
